Today I’m launching my 30 Days to Love Yourself Project. I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of being confident in your own skin and the ripple effect feeling your best can have. With Valentines Day coming up in a month, I think its a great time to give yourself a little extra love. When designing the items to include in this project, I wanted it to be really simple so that anyone can participate without feeling too overwhelmed. You can jump in any time during the 30 Days. There’s just one item to focus on per day – something you can accomplish in a day to reveal your best self, layer by layer.
Everyone is so busy with life’s obligations that often we end up neglecting ourselves. This is a little shout out to YOU. To remembering to squeeze in a little bit of time for yourself, WITHOUT GUILT.
Tomorrow we start implementing the 30 Days to Love Yourself Project so we will finish up the day before Valentines Day to have you feeling fantastic for whatever fun you have planned for the actual day. Each day I’ll post the “focus of the day” and a little snippet of something to encourage you.
